The problem of effective employment of university graduates is becoming more and more relevant in conditions of rapid changes in the labor market and in educational processes. In conditions of rapid changes in the labor market and in educational processes, the problem of effective employment of university graduates becomes one of the state authorities relevant for educational institutions and bodies. In the Ural Federal District, the URFU, as one of the leading universities of the region, plays an important role in solving this problem. Specialized technologies for employment management of graduates implemented in the URFU contain various methods and approaches aimed at integrating graduates into the labor market, increasing their competitiveness and reducing the timing of the search for the first workplace. The study is a modern analysis of the process of developing a strategy for interaction on the employment of university graduates in regional organizations of the Russian Federation.
