Teachers need learning media to effectively convey material to students. However, not all media are suitable for teaching mathematics, and not all teachers can select media that align with the subject and students' interests. Learning interest is crucial, as a lack of interest significantly impacts the learning process and outcomes. This study investigates the effectiveness of Quizizz as a learning medium to boost students' interest in mathematics. It aims to determine if Quizizz effectively increases learning interest among 5th-grade students at SDN Gadungan 4. The research used a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental design, conducted at SDN Gadungan 4, Kediri Regency. The sample consisted of 50 students from classes 5A and 5B. Data was collected using questionnaires via a form. The data analysis technique used was a simple correlation hypothesis test to examine the relationship between the two variables. The results showed that Quizizz is effective in improving the learning interest of 5th-grade students at SDN Gadungan 4. The simple correlation hypothesis test yielded a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, and a confidence value of 6.45, leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of Hα. The t-test for motivation also showed t=4.88 and p=0.002, indicating that Quizizz also significantly boosts learning motivation.
