The article provides a methodological analysis of a number of priority areas for studying the impact of digital transformation on education. The productivity of individual technological solutions and their implementation in the educational process to ensure the sustainable functioning of educational standards in the context of digitalization is predicted, which is of significant practical value for teachers, methodologists and education administrators. In the context of the modern digital transformation of the education system, there is an urgent need to develop and implement effective systems of methodological support for the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard through the implementation of a digital information and educational environment (IEE). Among the problems associated with the close attention of researchers in recent years, aspects of the influence of digitalization of education on the content of the components of the professional and pedagogical activity of a teacher have attracted. It is noted that the content of the components of professional and pedagogical activity should reflect the level of readiness of the teacher to work in the digital environment, and his training should ensure the formation of the competencies necessary for the design and implementation of the information and communication educational environment (ICEE). In this aspect, the model of professional development and digital competence of a modern teacher in the digital era should include four interconnected levels: 1. Technical level – proficiency in basic digital tools and technologies. 2. Methodological level – the ability to effectively integrate digital technologies into the educational process. 3. Research level – the ability to analyze digital learning data and use it to improve the educational process. 4. Creative level – the ability to develop your own digital educational content as a component of the ICEE. This model reflects the complexity and versatility of professional training of teachers in the context of digital transformation and is consistent with the model of functioning of the methodological system for providing the Federal State Educational Standard. The study may be useful and interesting for university and school teachers, who are interested in studying the problems of digital transformation of society, as well as for anyone interested in the problems of education, subject teaching methods, the formation of strategies for modernizing educational processes, and improving the efficiency and quality of education.
