This paper focuses on the synergistic mechanism between economic digitization and social governance in smart cities, analyzing their integration paths. While economic digitization drives industrial upgrading, social governance relies on digital technologies to achieve refined transformation. However, their synergy faces challenges such as data security and digital divide. By exploring these coordinate dilemmas, this paper proposes strategies including improving laws and regulations, strengthening technological innovation, and enhancing digital literacy across society, aiming to promote economic prosperity and social stability in smart cities, providing theoretical reference for practice.
