Abstract In this retrospective cohort, chronic kidney disease stage III-V ( P = .005), history of previous urinary tract infection within 3 months ( P < .05), Revised Cardiac Risk Index for preoperative risk ≥2 ( P = .002), and percutaneous nephrolithotomy procedure ( P < .05) were associated with risks of infections after urological procedures among patients with negative urine culture screening.
