Cerebellar ataxia is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by severe gait and balance impairment, with few effective treatments available in conventional medicine. We report two cases of cerebellar ataxia with gait disturbance treated with multimodal integrative interventions, including acupotomy, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, cupping, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (r-TMS), and rehabilitative exercise. Both patients showed significant improvements in ataxia severity, balance function, tandem gait performance, and quality of life after treatment. These cases suggest that a multimodal integrative approach may provide synergistic benefits in managing gait disturbance and enhancing functional outcomes in patients with cerebellar ataxia.
