Thispaperconsolidatesselected, recenthigh-energyresults (ALICE, CMSandNA61/SHINE) intoexplicitnumerical anchors stored intheMasterData repository, includingmeasurementmetadata, observabledefinitions anduncertaintybookkeeping. Theanchors are treatedasminimal, review-gradeempirical tuples that canbe reconstructedfromprimarysourcesandcomparedacrossexperimentswithout introducingextratheoreticalentities. Anoperational, testablehypothesis isthenformulated: aresidualwithrespecttoareferencemodel (oraphysicalboundary) correlateswithameasurableproxyofresonance-cascadecomplexity, includingexplicit feed-downcontrol.
