Abstract : One of the most important element for enhancing the performance of a healthcare facility's is focusing over difficulties faced by patients during their stay into the healthcare institution. As said problems are the core reason for reason for research and ultimately become need of solutions. Healthcare facilities have many kinds of issue relating disease, equipment, comfort, technology, advancement, skill and many more but out of all these the major difficulty could be from IPD (In Patient Department) in comparison to OPD (Out Patient department). It is very justified too as OPD is just concerned about the patient’s interference for shorter period and doesn’t include stay in it where as OPD is all about concerns emerging from diagnosis to the discharge including stay into the healthcare institutions for particular period of time. Any hospital's QCS (Quality Control System) requires feedbacks assessing the patient’s satisfaction, which leads to the enhancement of healthcare performance and market stability. Difficulties can be identified by various methods such as observation, feedback forms, verbal complains or dissatisfactory comments or personal assessment. This project will be centered over the Patient’s management and administration in relevance to satisfaction over services provided whether it is manual or equipment based such as food, beverages and water served during the IPD stay, equipment based therapies, diagnostic procedures delivery, patient’s security, comfort, privacy and confidentiality, cleanliness and sanitization facilities, conservation of female dignity and status, medicine availability, nursing care, experience about healthcare institution’s environment and employee interaction with patient, hospital infrastructure etc. basically this research will deal with all the probable parameters (quality as well as quantity) For all above mentioned facts patient satisfaction would be the most crucial component of healthcare delivery and can be considered as rotating wheel for healthcare institutions as satisfaction is directly related to the administration. Although patient satisfaction can be impacted by a number of variables in the context of IPD care including the standard of medical care, the accessibility and availability of facilities, interactions with healthcare professionals, and the overall hospitalization experience.
