Abstract (informal) Contemporary debates about quantum foundations, decoherence, and AI alignment often treat physics, engineering, and governance as separate concerns. This short paper provides an integrated overview of the SymbioMind research stack, a framework that treats quantum coherence, time, and alignment as ecological phenomena: emergent, maintained, and governed rather than merely calculated. We outline two complementary physical mechanisms for quantum–classical transition, a homeostatic model of coherence preservation, and a stewardship-based publication protocol designed for an era of abundant computation and dual-use risk.
