Physics of Coherence (PoC) is a theoretical framework proposing coherence as the fundamental substrate of physical reality, from which space, time, matter, and energy emerge as resolution-dependent manifestations. PoC introduces a dual-domain structure—Quantum Space (QS) and Resonant Space (RS)—connected through coherence compatibility thresholds (the Coherence Break). Discrete physical structures arise through Qi manifestation events regulated by the Global Coherence Regulator (GCR), while time is reinterpreted as a discretized interval under the Coherence-Optimized Frame of Time (COFT). Within this framework, gravity is described as a gradient of coherence stabilization (the Gravitational Resonance Field, GRF), and dark matter and dark energy are reinterpreted as ordinal coherence regimes beyond discrete resolution. PoC is presented as a unifying, falsifiable meta-framework that connects quantum mechanics, relativity, and cosmology through a single coherence-based structure, and serves as a foundation for analytical (QAR) and technological (IROS, QRL, QRA-MUWATS) extensions.
