This paper demonstrates that centers at all levels of organization—from the cell nucleus to central gravitational potentials of galaxies—perform identical functional roles (not identical mechanisms). Using empirical data from biology, physics, and cosmology, I identify five functional criteria that every center satisfies: (1) system cohesion, (2) establishment of stability conditions, (3) maintenance of organizational form, (4) enabling of processes, and (5) establishment of boundary and specific internal environment. The analysis covers four scales: nucleoplasm (cellular), atomic nucleus, stellar center (Sun), and galactic center (central gravitational potential), spanning a scale range of 10³⁶. Negative controls confirm that the criteria are discriminative—only centers pass all five criteria simultaneously. These findings support the Generative Dynamics framework (C₀ + γ → S) by showing that centers are not passive points but active generative sources with consistent functional signatures across all scales. The functional universality suggests that disciplinary boundaries obscure a deeper organizational principle operating universally.
