AbstractThus, with a discursive approach, each specific text is viewed through the prism of socioideological connections, taking into account the social interests and political views of participants in mass communication, the people who created and perceive it. The ultimate goal of discourse analysis is to identify and describe the connections between language, power and ideology that are usually hidden for a mass audience. The method of critical linguistics-a relatively new direction in linguistics is quite close to the method of discourse analysis. The purpose of the method of critical linguistics is to detect and study ideologically colored components of the text. At the same time, special attention is paid to the analysis of mass media texts as texts that are deeply ideologies by nature.
