Abstract; The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, strategic policy, and knowledge management on organizational performance, mediated by organizational commitment at the Army Headquarters. The research method used in this study is hypothesis testing. This quantitative study used a questionnaire administered to 177 officers and leaders at the Army Headquarters. Data analysis used SPSS and PLS 3.20 software with a multivariate Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method. The results of this study indicate a significant and positive influence of transformational leadership, strategic policy, and knowledge management on organizational performance. Transformational leadership, strategic policy, and knowledge management significantly and positively impact organizational commitment. The indirect effect of transformational leadership, strategic policy, and knowledge management on organizational performance, mediated by organizational commitment, is significant and positive. The implications of this research are that transformational leadership, strategic policy, and knowledge management can optimally support the organizational performance of the Army Headquarters, and this requires government attention in the process of improving policy formulation. Transformational leadership, strategic policy, and knowledge management indicate that the results of this study significantly strengthen the influence of transformational leadership, strategic policy, and knowledge management on the organizational performance of the Army Headquarters. Organizational commitment, as a mediator between transformational leadership, strategic policy, and knowledge management, can improve the organizational performance of the Army Headquarters.
