Abstract

DFT-calculated Raman spectra and structures of B/N-doped GQDs with and without OH functionalization. OH groups strongly modify the D- and G-band analogues (∼1200–1700 cm −1 ), indicating enhanced vibrational coupling and symmetry breaking.
