The influence of beta and gamma particles, as well as neutrons, on the physical properties of CuInP2S6 crystals has been studied. It is demonstrated that irradiation of crystals with electrons and gamma rays results in a decrease in their dielectric permittivity. Irradiation with neutrons also leads to a slight blurring of the dielectric permittivity anomaly in the phase transition region. The change in Raman spectra caused by beta and gamma quanta was also found, and was especially strong at the activation of CuInP2S6 with neutrons.
