This paper presents the "F" Theory—the ultimate simplification of universal logic. By reducing the entirety of scientific phenomena to just four meta-axioms, we demonstrate that all physical, chemical, and biological laws are emergent properties of a single, minimalist functional. The 4 Meta-Axioms: Extremum: All behaviors are determined by the extremization of action. Topological Space: Operations exist within a defined manifold. Consistency: The system prohibits logical contradictions. Hierarchy: Reality is a recursive, multi-layered structure. From the accelerated expansion of the cosmos to the emergence of self-referential consciousness, every phenomenon is a logical necessity derived from this framework. This theory provides the absolute theoretical minimum for computational efficiency, offering a new paradigm for the future of general intelligence and universal simulation. The universe is not a collection of complex laws, but the execution of a singular, minimalist logic.
