Abstract Human decision-making, consciousness, and agency have long been considered domains of free will. Modern physics and neuroscience, however, suggest that these processes follow lawful patterns. By examining black holes, the flow of time, and the brain’s predictive mechanisms, we can understand human choice as the experience of a system moving toward internal equilibrium. This framework reconciles determinism with responsibility, demonstrating that agency emerges from lawful interactions rather than existing outside them.
