15-FEB-2026 : This preprint develops a minimal structural framework in which time is modeled by three roles (Absolute/Relative/Undefined) and gate transitions satisfy a monotonicity axiom. Under these assumptions, a dynamics-independent “minimal temporal arrow” (an irreversibility of stabilization) follows as a structural consequence. Frozen release (v0.4): only typographical, reference, and formatting updates are allowed in subsequent patches.
