Abstract

Based on research conducted in Greater Buenos Aires, the authors analyze how President Milei’s anarcho capitalist approach redefines inclusion and exclusion. Tracing Argentina’s evolution from oligarchic rule to Peronism, Macri’s regime, and now the “chainsaw adjustment”, it appears that young workers are reimagining effort and survival, reconfiguring citizenship around merit and market performance.
