This document constitutes the definitive synthesis of the Resonant 8-Dimensional Effective Field Theory (R8-EFT), Version 2.0. As the formalized successor to v1.6, this framework introduces a radical ontological shift: the abandonment of continuous spacetime in favor of a discrete, hyper-crystalline vacuum condensate defined by the E8 root lattice. Operating under strict Zero-Parameter Logic, we demonstrate that fundamental constants (alpha, pi, G, mt) are emergent geometric inevitabilities of the lattice's unimodularity and optimal sphere-packing density (Viazovska limit). We derive the "Hard-Link"—a harmonic ladder connecting the Top-Quark mass (172.44 GeV) to sub-harmonic resonances, including the 2.395 GeV Phason (Mode A) and the 43.5 GeV Quarter-Resonance (Mode B), governed by the E7 Coxeter Number (h=18). Forensic validation includes: (1) the BESIII X(2370) identified as Mode A, (2) the Belle II B+ to K+ invisible excess as energy dissipation into 6 transverse dimensions ("Lattice Sink"), (3) the Muon g-2 resolution, and (4) the CMS 2024 W-mass alignment (predicting 80,369.4 MeV) via the R8 geometric relaxation factor (35/32). ADVANCE PREDICTION: For the Moriond 2026 data release, we predict that the 43.5 GeV resonance will exhibit a 6-fold azimuthal symmetry (C6) and a 62.3° Phase-Shift in diphoton decay. This specific geometric signature is a falsifiable fingerprint of discrete spacetime structure.
