MUT 6.4 consolidates previous MUT theory findings into a single, unified framework for predictive isotope masses. Using the Mass Curvature Rate (MCR) fmcr ≈ 1.792 × 10³⁵ m/(kg·s) and the resonance stability factor ϕ(n, Z) derived from nuclear binding energy, the framework allows for accurate predictions of known isotopes and testable predictions of unknown isotopes. The notation standardizes mass number as n, replacing A from earlier versions. This version builds upon MUT 6.0 (https://zenodo.org/records/18688616), providing a fully consistent master equation M = c n ϕ/fmcr and a sample predictive isotope mass table.
