Introduction: Primary signet-ring carcinoma of the eyelid (PSCE) is a rare aggressive adnexal tumour with less than 60 reported cases. 1 PSCE is commonly misdiagnosed given its rarity and non-specific clinical and radiological features. A thorough clinicopathological work up is required to exclude metastatic signet-ring cell carcinoma before making a definitive diagnosis. The prognosis and optimal treatment are unclear given the limited number of cases reported. 2
