Introduction: Large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) of the cervix is a rare entity, representing <1% of all cervical carcinomas. 1 It typically arises in younger patients and demonstrates an aggressive course with poor prognosis, behaving similarly to its pulmonary counterpart. 2 Diagnosis is often challenging due to its rarity and histological overlap with other high-grade cervical malignancies, but remains crucial for guiding management as LCNEC has distinct clinical behaviour and treatment response. 2 We report a LCNEC of the uterine cervix.
