Routine H&E slides are the bedrock of diagnostic pathology. However, conventional brightfield imaging captures only a fraction of the structural and biochemical data encoded within the stained tissue. This presentation highlights how simple, non-destructive optical extensions to standard digital microscopy can rapidly unlock this latent information from existing slides, without requiring any change to established staining workflows.
