Background: Extramedullary haematopoiesis (EMH) in adults is an uncommon phenomenon seen in various haematological conditions, such as myelofibrosis, leukaemia and haemolytic anaemias. 1 It has been described most commonly in the liver, spleen, paravertebral region and lymph nodes. 1 EMH in the skin and/or bladder is extremely rare, with <30 and <5 cases in the literature, respectively, and no case reports describing both concurrently.
