Abstract

本研究では，中国地方の一級水系である高津川を対象に，環境dna分析により計測したアユの環境dna濃度，単位時間あたりの環境dna通過総量を示す環境dnaフラックスを用いて空間分布モデルを構築し，ポテンシャルマップを作成した．解析の結果，環境dna濃度の実測値，環境dnaフラックスの算出値共に，統計モデルの予測値と有意な相関関係が示された．アユの環境dna濃度および環境dnaフラックスに基づくポテンシャルマップからは，初夏の生息適地を求めた遡上傾向と秋の産卵のための降下傾向が確認され，アユの季節的な空間分布が概ね把握可能であることが示された．特に環境dnaフラックスは流量を考慮した指標であり，下流域における各季節の局所的な生物量分布の違いをより詳細に捉える指標として有用であることが示された．
