This document provides a comprehensive data audit of leading terrestrial physics experiments (XENONnT, LIGO, NIST, Google Quantum AI), reinterpreted through the lens of a viscous fermion condensate model. The author demonstrates that the fundamental limitations of modern technology—ranging from "quantum noise" in interferometers to decoherence in quantum processors—are direct consequences of matter's viscous friction against the Ocean (viscosity 1. 2 * 10^-15 Pa-s). The work reframes gravitational and quantum effects from empty-space geometry into the classical fluid hydrodynamics of a material medium.
