Purpose: This study examined the effect of the 21st Century Skills Course on nursing students’ 21st century and groupwork skills.Methods: The study quasi-experimental study was conducted with senior nursing students between October 2023 and December 2023. The intervention group consisted of 53 students, and the control group comprised 47 students. Data were collected using three tools: descriptive information form, the Multidimensional 21st Century Skills Scale, and the Groupwork Skills Scale.
