Educational technology (EdTech) integration in rural primary schools is a growing area of interest within African contexts, particularly in Sierra Leone where educational disparities are pronounced. This study employs literature reviews, expert consultations, and thematic analysis to construct the theoretical framework. The theoretical framework delineates the complex interplay between parental satisfaction, school resources, and educational outcomes in rural Sierra Leonean primary schools. Future research should focus on developing targeted interventions for low-SES parents to enhance their understanding and utilization of EdTech.
