We present Version 2.0 of Holicraphic Genesis, a unified cosmological framework where Baryon Asymmetry, Dark Matter, and Gravitational Waves emerge from a single confinement phase transition at ΛIR ≈ 55.3 TeV. This scale is not arbitrary but is rigidly predicted by the quantization of F-Theory fluxes (K = 3) on a deformed conifold geometry. We demonstrate that the breakdown of the bulk SO(6) gauge symmetry generates the observed Baryon Asymmetry via a “Resonant Protection” mechanism mediated by heavy Top Partners (MT′ ≈ 2.75 TeV), which shield the chiral charge from sphaleron washout. Simultaneously, the symmetry-breaking pattern SO(6) → SO(5) produces a stable scalar singlet (η) with a geometric mass of mη ≈ 13.1 GeV, reproducing the observed Dark Matter density (ΩDM ≈ 5 ΩB) via asymmetric cogenesis. The model predicts a violent first-order phase transition characterized by a fast holographic detonation (β/H ≈ 100), generating a stochastic Gravitational Wave background with a characteristic peak at f ≈ 1 Hz, offering a definitive smoking gun for future space-based interferometers like DECIGO.
