Abstract Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has gradually moved beyond simple charity and donations to become a more thoughtful and long-term approach to supporting communities. Today, many companies in India are using digital technology as an innovative way to make their CSR activities more meaningful and effective. This study explores how digital tools such as online platforms, mobile applications, digital learning programs, telemedicine services, and digital financial solutions are being used by companies to support community development. The focus is on key areas like education, healthcare, skill development, and financial inclusion, especially in rural and underserved communities.
