Pre-registration of a testable prediction from Informational Field Theory (IFT): the neutrino mass ordering is normal (m₁ 0) or oblate (χ 0.98). Normal ordering gives χ > 0 for all allowed lightest masses; inverted ordering gives χ < 0 across the entire parameter space, with no crossover region. The sign discrimination is proven analytically. Falsifiable by JUNO and DUNE within 2–5 years. Includes toy-model derivation of prolate selection via coherence-field coupling, seesaw spectral preservation analysis, and explicit falsification criteria.
