Description/Abstract: Resonance Theory proposes that Einstein's field equations and the Yang-Mills equations of the Standard Model satisfy the formal classification criteria for fractal geometric equations — and that this single reclassification, modifying no equation and introducing no new physics, resolves persistent problems across multiple fields. This paper does not argue for the framework. It provides the tools to dismantle it. Thirteen testable predictions are specified across physics, cosmology, particle physics, medicine, and genetics. Each prediction identifies the existing data, the specific test, and the exact result that would falsify it. The complete published research, open-source code, and an archived adversarial peer review transcript are provided. The framework is either correct or it is breakable. This paper is the invitation to find out which. Keywords: Resonance Theory, fractal geometry, falsification, testable predictions, Einstein field equations, Yang-Mills, dark matter, gravitational waves, cancer, genomics, adversarial review, reproducibility, open science
