Rural clinics in Rwanda face challenges in providing consistent quality veterinary care due to limited resources and infrastructure. A meta-analysis was conducted using data from multiple randomized field trials across different clinics. Statistical models were employed to assess the robustness of findings and inferential confidence intervals were calculated for key performance indicators. Rural clinic systems showed a significant improvement in patient recovery rates (p < 0. 05) following standardised training protocols, with a 15% increase observed across all clinics tested. The randomized field trials demonstrated the effectiveness of standardised training and resource allocation strategies in enhancing clinical outcomes at rural clinics. Further research should be conducted to validate these findings in diverse settings and to explore cost-effective implementation strategies for scaling up improvements. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
