Child immunization rates are crucial for preventing infectious diseases in Nairobi's slums where access to healthcare is limited. A longitudinal study design was employed with data collected from to. CHW activities were tracked through monthly surveys and administrative records of vaccinations. CHWs significantly increased immunization coverage by 25% compared to baseline, particularly among children under the age of two. Community health workers play a pivotal role in enhancing child vaccination rates in Nairobi's slums. Continued support for CHWs and integration into existing healthcare infrastructures is recommended to sustain high immunization coverage levels.
