Recent studies in Nigeria have highlighted disparities in manufacturing plant efficiency, particularly focusing on clinical outcomes. The analysis employs a systematic review approach to collate data from various studies conducted across Nigeria. A difference-in-differences model is applied to assess the impact of interventions on clinical outcomes. A significant proportion (75%) of the reviewed studies utilised time-series data, which showed mixed results in improving patient care metrics. The meta-analysis underscores the need for standardised methodologies and robust statistical models to enhance the reliability of clinical outcome assessments within Nigerian manufacturing environments. Standardization of data collection protocols and promotion of consistent use of difference-in-differences models are recommended to ensure comparability and validity across studies. meta-analysis, difference-in-differences, clinical outcomes, Nigerian manufacturing plants The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
