v2: Refined and condensed version of v1 with added exploratory extensions:- Negative effective vacuum contributions (Section 6)- Curvature bounds on flux tubes (Section 3)- Tagged sectors for axiomatic progress and dimensional flow (Section 8)- Schematic diagrams (flux tube cross-section in Section 3, axioms tree in Section 8)Shorter length reflects improved focus on core framework and new ideas. Note on scope added for transparency. Remains a conceptual scaffold — not a solution to the Yang–Mills Millennium Problem.
