This work presents a conceptual model of the Consciousness Field using the LED screen analogy to explain simultaneous realization, emergence, and frequency-based access bands. The model proposes that consciousness functions as a universal field in which multiple potential realities exist simultaneously. Individual experience emerges through frequency-based filtering mechanisms that determine accessible experiential bands. The LED screen metaphor is used to illustrate how localized perception arises from an underlying unified structure. The framework aims to provide a bridge between phenomenological experience and scientifically interpretable field-based models of consciousness, emphasizing emergence, neighborhood effects, and fractal continuity.
