Formal pre-registration of the hypothesis that pigmented biological structures across different tissues (iris nevi and cutaneous nevi) share measurable fractal and geometric organization principles. Defines two candidate metrics: - ΔD: cross-tissue fractal correlation index (box-counting dimension) - ΔA: cross-tissue golden proximity index (Auric Index extension) Predicts corr (Dᵢris, Dₛkin) > 0 and corr (Aᵢris, Aₛkin) > 0 across cohort n ≥ 40, p < 0. 05.
