Community health centers in Ghana are essential for providing accessible healthcare services to underserved populations. However, their effectiveness and efficiency vary widely across different regions. A stratified random sampling approach was employed to select 10 out of 25 community health centers. A mixed-methods design incorporating quantitative and qualitative data collection methods was utilised. In the intervention group, an improvement in patient satisfaction scores was observed with a mean increase of 15% (95% CI: 8%, 23%) compared to baseline levels. The randomized field trial provided preliminary evidence on the effectiveness of community health centers in improving clinical outcomes and enhancing patient experience. Further research should explore the scalability and sustainability of these findings across different geographical regions and socio-economic contexts. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
