This note provides a Tier-7 domain overlay of the Paton System’s Tier-6 recursion-under-load distinction (closed vs distributed recursion) by mapping the same structural pattern onto continuum fluid mechanics. Using the incompressible Navier–Stokes equation as the reference form, the document identifies nonlinear amplification (advection) as the load-amplifying pathway and viscous dissipation as the distributed stabilisation mechanism.In the closed-recursion regime, sustained amplification can exceed damping capacity, driving boundary collision (instability). In the distributed regime, dissipation moderates amplification and preserves bounded continuation through an energy-balance corridor.The mapping is non-invasive: it introduces no new operators, makes no new physical claims, and leaves the Paton admissibility spine (Gate → Datum → ℘) unchanged.
