Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare and severe form of psoriasis variant which is characterized by microscopic sterile pustules on erythematous base with variable scales. Ayurvedic management of Generalized pustular psoriasis is rarely reported. In Ayurveda, all skin diseases described under the broad term of Kushta. Based on signs and symptoms of Generalized pustular psoriasis is correlated with Eka kushta, a form of Kshudra kushta with Vata and Kapha dosha dominance. In this case report, a 45 years old female presented with complaints of Pustules all over body associated with pain, burning sensation, severe itching and oedema in both legs for 2 months, took allopathic treatment but didn't get satisfactory relief. Later patient approached Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Erragadda, Hyderabad and got treated with Ayurvedic Shamana chikitsa and Pathya sevana. Shamana chikitsa includes Rasamanikya ras, Gandhaka rasayana, Chopachini churnam and Medicated oils and creams for topical application for 2 months. The patient showed significant relief in a short span of time and results were assessed before and after treatment using PASI score. Photographs were taken before, during and after treatment.
