Sustainability aimed at meeting current needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs is a current topic of the 21st century. The sustainability concept, based on three pillars, economic, environmental and social, is also relevant for companies operating in the postal sector. The aim of this research is a comparative analysis of sustainability initiatives undertaken by selected postal companies, focusing on their contributions to circular economy principles. Specifically, the paper examines how these companies address carbon neutrality goals, implement innovative sustainability practices, and navigate barriers posed by legislative, economic, and technological challenges. The secondary research rely predominantly on results of researches conducted by associations operating in the postal sector (Universal Postal Union, PostEurop, International Post Corporate) and on data from the official websites and sustainability reports of the selected postal companies. The research provides a detailed exploration of sustainability strategies, offering actionable insights for other organizations in the postal sector.
