This research presents an innovative approach for combining Augmented Reality (AR) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to improve the efficiency of condensate pump maintenance in steam power plants, focusing on time management and precision accuracy. This approach involves using different software, including CFD and AR software for mobile camera-based augmented reality operations. The results introduce an interactive digital technology that enables operators and technicians to visualize the characteristics of numerical simulation results, such as flow simulation, real-time parameters, and overhaul instructions. Based on the experiment, an investigation of the power plant reported that the integration of CFD and AR for maintenance tasks of condensate pumps can increase maintenance efficiency by 15% and reduce maintenance time by 10%.
