Abstract

This document serves as a supplementary annex to the study conducted by Ghent University on behalf of the Flemish Energy and Climate Agency (VEKA). It presents the underlying numerical values corresponding to the boxplot figures featured in the final report (Van Hove et al., 2021), which compare regulatory calculated and actual energy use for existing and new (or thoroughly renovated) single-family houses in Flanders. The analyses formed the basis for the EPC-focused scientific publication that emerged from this study (Van Hove et al., 2022).
