To improve the tribological and anticorrosive performances of the copper alloy engine bearings, three types of EP/PAI/PI-PTFE coatings filled with ZnO and Ce2O3 were prepared on the surfaces of CuPb22Sn2.5 by liquid spraying. Their performances and mechanisms were studied under different lubrication conditions and different temperatures. The results show that the excessive ZnO leads to agglomeration phenomenon and increases pores of the coating. As the content of Ce2O3 increase, the pores and defects of the coatings are reduced, and the hydrophobicity of the coating is improved. The coating with 2 wt % ZnO + 3 wt % Ce2O3 has the best wear resistance and corrosion resistance at all conditions. Hardness has the more dominant influence on wear rather than lubricant media.
