The transformation of the hotel industry under the influence of digitalization and the introduction of integrated management systems is one of the most significant structural shifts in the economy over the past two decades. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of digital technologies on key hotel development indicators. The results show that the implementation of integrated Internet of Things systems and business process automation in hotels pays off within 4-7 months. The overall effect of implementing such systems is as follows: reduction of operating costs, increase in revenue through possible increase in Revenue Per Available Room, and generation of additional income through personalization and monetization of guest data. According to the authors' main conclusions, the implementation of digital technologies in the management of modern hotels should not be optional, but rather driven by market demands in the context of its reorientation.
