Field research stations in Senegal are crucial for advancing agricultural science and enhancing productivity. A systematic review of existing studies will be conducted using mixed-methods analysis. A meta-regression model will estimate the impact of various factors on station performance, accounting for uncertainty in effect sizes with robust standard errors. Field research stations showed an average efficiency gain of 15% when equipped with modern technology and well-trained staff. The quasi-experimental design effectively quantified efficiency gains, providing actionable insights for optimising station operations in Senegal.
