Decision-OS V7 Addendum V2 is a supplementary note to the main Decision-OS V7 paper. Its purpose is to clarify two minimal structural necessities in V7: 1. Why Aspire is required as the directional / ownership condition of self-recursive intelligence2. Why PIC (Phase-Invariant Core) is required as the structural condition that prevents order-dependent collapse This note exists to prevent a common misreading of V7:that self-recursion alone is sufficient, or that Aspire and PIC are only narrative or optional concepts. Core clarification:- Without Aspire, recursion can become directionless- Without PIC, recursive updating can become unstable, inconsistent, or phase/order-dependent This addendum does not restate the whole V7 framework. It isolates only the minimal disclosed rationale for why Aspire and PIC are necessary inside the V7 architecture. Recommended reading:Please read Decision-OS V7 as the primary paper and use this addendum as a focused clarification note. Relation to V7:This document is supplementary and should be interpreted as part of the broader Decision-OS V7 series, not as a standalone replacement for the main paper. Non-disclosed scope:thresholds, calibration/update policies, input protocols, and operational audit routines. Source (GitHub, SSOT):commit 6ad58850e5a428354ca79a654e9d52be34cb2094 (notes/v7-addendum)
