The title of a workshop sponsored this month by CODAC Behavioral Healthcare referenced “bridging the gap” between addiction treatment and harm reduction, but the session's featured presenters see the two as intertwined by a common element of client self‐direction. The speakers' organization, Connecticut‐based Liberation Programs, embodies this in several ways, including by housing opioid treatment program (OTP) and harm reduction services on adjoining floors of the same building.
